“Samantha is truly the best when it comes to taking care of your dog! I was nervous about leaving my two five-month-old Pomeranian puppies with someone for the first time, (went traveling for a week) but choosing her was the best decision I could have made. From the very start, she put my mind at ease with her kindness, professionalism, and genuine love for animals.
She did an absolutely amazing job, providing me with daily updates and adorable pictures that reassured me my pups were in great hands. Not only did she care for them, but she also made sure they had fun—taking them on exciting park adventures every day and giving them plenty of attention and affection. “I am SO grateful I found Sam! She was incredible with my 13 month old teddy bear pup who has significant anxiety with outside walks and noises. My plans fell through last minute and needed someone to care for my pup for a week, and she stepped in to help me and agreed to take him just days before my flight. She was so patient with all of my requests and with my pup’s in-home training schedule. She sent daily updates and was so loving and caring toward my pup. “I recently boarded my dog Guizmo at The Urban Paw for 4 days, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! From the start, Samantha was absolutely wonderful — she kept checking in, sending me pictures, and updating me on what Guizmo was up to. It honestly felt like I was right there with them.

“I’m so thankful for the local Brickell Facebook group for recommending Urban Paw. My boys absolutely love her. She’s been keeping them for day care the last two weeks and they come home happy, peaceful, tired and can’t wait to go back. She’s a dog whisperer. My dachshund deals with anxiety and he’s sooooo happy with her. Cash is my 3 years old hyper Shih Tzu and loves all of the toys she has for him to play with. The boys love their walks daily.
